Slow cooking with ‘Dry Rub’ ensures a delicious taste
Our pulled products (beef, veal & chicken) are prepared low and slow in the traditional way. The meat is prepared with a so-called "dry rub" that provides the dark crust and the delicious taste. After this, the meat is cooked very slowly with the dry rub in the original American Smoker according to the "slow cooking" concept.
During cooking, the pulled products are smoked with apple wood. The apple wood, together with the dry rub, provides the authentic soft and unique taste.
Enjoy a Delicious Meal
Preparation time for the pulled beef and veal is approx. 14 hours and the pulled chicken approx. 4 hours. Pulling creates the so-called delicious tender threads of meat. Together with one of our delicious pulled meat sauces and, for example, coleslaw and a sandwich, you serve a delicious meal.
