To ensure this quality, we and our suppliers are audited and certified by recognized Islamic halal organizations. They verify that our meat products are produced according to the applicable halal guidelines.
Of course, food safety requirements are guaranteed as we only work with GFSI (BRC/IFS/FSSC 22000) certified companies.

Supervision of general hygiene in production is carried out by the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority. The HACCP quality system, in accordance with the most recent EU legislation, is leading.
FSSC 22000
FSSC 22000 quality system
Atlas Halal Products B.V. is also FSSC 22000 certified. FSSC 22000 is a quality system with conditions for food safety, traceability, organization and the influence of stakeholders.

Atlas Halal Products B.V. of course has its own EC recognition: NL 779 EC. This number gives you as a customer the guarantee that you always buy a high-quality product.

Monthly Samples to the Lab
Every month we send several samples to the lab to monitor the microbiological quality.
Temperature Controls
All incoming goods are checked for temperature and various other relevant parameters. Also during the production process, these parameters are continuously monitored and logged.
